The core is the animated 3d weel with animated leds, bulbs, and camera, plus editable nurbs text top on the weel's center.

The light animated textures can be easily modified, the total running time is 500 Fr, 25 fps, but you can play with the bulbs light-color and brilliance.

You can apply any movie as texture directly on the screens all around the set. Just edit and apply your video exporting it as mov or avi or mp4 or any other C4D valid format in the correct aspect ratio (same as the original used as texture).
