Possibly the most futuristic design of it's time the 'new' city hall of Toronto was build in 1965 , designed by architect Viljo Revell.
This is an accurate as possible recreation of the building and the whole Nathan Philips square which is part of the design.
The square has been in revitalization for the last 3 years, and it is not finished yet.
The model has many of the new additions like gardens in the first level etc.

In addition to the main square you get:
-19 Surrounding tall buildings modeled in medium detail
-2 types of high quality texture trees (cross type), and
-a surrounding environment model (panoramic image map) with the furthest buildings to give a 'city' skyline, which in conjunction with the other additional elements enhance the visualization.


-Very optimized models with fairly low poly count to make the scene useable and easily manipulated.
-Geometry is clean with no issues.
-Objects have 'frozen transformations' and are clean of history.
-The scene is perfectly organized in groups and layers with logical names for MAX, MAYA and FBX versions.
-The scene is modelled in real scale.
-All texures are included and most of them are high resolution, with an average of 1200x1200 pixels

-MAX and MAYA   scenes have mental ray daylight systems applied and are ready to render giving similar results.

-OBJ and LWO formats come with separated shading groups and have UV mapping information and references to the texture files.
