Low poly count, edge-loops based topology, with normal map suitable for all but very close-ups.   Model is fully rigged/skinned using “Biped” and ready for animation. Includes morph targets for phonemes and facial expressions.

3DS Max9 is ready to animation.
3DS format will need re-establishing of skin envelope weights.
OBJ will require rigging and skinning.
