Quality model, can't beat the price (free!). If you rig it, I suggest you use the Allosaur rig in CAT (3dsMax 2011+).

pretty nice for free, but a little awkward in the textures. Looks good with the default texture, but I found retexturing a bit more work than I had hoped. Can''t complain about the level of detail in the model itself however, as it is good for pretty close shots

Excellent model. I used it as a guide to build a 10x giant scale model in Minecraft. My kids thought it was absolutely fantastic.
