The materials will look at least slightly different than on the preview images.
You will have to re-make glow effects on windows.
Blender's bevel modifier may have created some coincident vertices.

Object names most probably have been removed on export.
Origins may not be 100% right.
Does come with textures that you can use if you wish, but they are not placed on the model.
Edge split has been applied, which uses coinciding vertices to make edges sharp, it may also make editing the model more difficult.
