Small 3-floor apartment building with all details like lamps and rainwater pipes. All textures are included. Avaliable in several different formats so all 3d apps should be able to import this model. For Cinema 4D users .c4d file includes grass setup. Material setup not included in .obj and .3ds file. After downloading put the 3d file to the same directory with texture files to avoid reattaching textures to materials.
NOTE that the car and trees are not included but you can download them separately from turbosquid for free.
