There are some n-gons used for cilinder tips. In this product, . blend files are included for each section seperately. There is also a .blend file that contains everything.
There are folders for each section. Each folder contain 2 more folders, which are - fbx_files and obj_files.
In each of these folders, small details like wires, pipes, lamps, floor blocks, walls, and every other detail is exported in it's own fbx and obj formats, so you can make as many scene variations as you like. The folder of each section also contain .fbx and .obj files in which all objects of that section are joined.

Files are nicely arranged and easy accessible.
