As you saw in the title, Its a sardine's 3D Studio Max model, also comes in .obj and .3ds formats so you can import it into other 3D editing softwares.
The model is only 510 polygons, that means Its perfect for rendering thousands of it at once.
The model comes with a 1024x1024 texture saved as a .psd format, that makes it editable from Photoshop.
It also has an animation.
