The .obj and .fbx include the basic geometry objects and materials only.Subdivision surfaces will need to be applied in your application for these formats.

*The table, frame, and background are not included.

The roses themselves do not require a subdivision surface. Just use smooth shading and 'auto smooth' at 30 degrees (or your equivalent). For the vase use a low to medium subdivision surface setting. (These are already set in the .blend file)
