New York City streets modeled in Maya 2015 with Mental ray architectural shaders Mia_X.
Highly detailed maps include Bump, Color, Spec ,Reflection and displacement from 16k to 4K resolutions.
There are 2 versions included, a 'DRY' street and a 'WET' street model.
Model when opened has 4k resolution textures for quick loading of the scene
Due to large size of textures I have separated into 5 Zip files for download.
File is in real world scale, comes with a foot cube for easy re-scaling in your applications.
Also note that rescalling the file will affect the displacement value under the Displacement file texture Alpha Gain attribute.
No Obj available, Mental Ray shaders are not supported.
Fbx will open with Lambert shaders , reassignment of texture will be necessary because Mental Ray shaders are not supported.
All texture files are well named to correspond geometry parts to facilitate work.
