A 3DSMax New York City street scene created for an upcoming CryEngine2 mod (the engine behind Crysis, a PC game), so it is quite reasonable in polycount, especially for LOD0. Most of the polygons are used for creating the realistic ramps of the 'road bridge' (sorry for my bad english, as I originally speak french!), and can be easily replaced by a simple 2D 'ramp' texture to heavily drop the overall polycount of the scene.
They can also be used for your 3D animation video project.

Each window element is a seperate plane model, so you can easily set each of them to break down in pieces when shooting at them individually, thus far providing increased in-game realism if you intend to use this building in your video game project.
