3d modern industrial building model - Modern Industrial Building 1 by RealitySupply

This is a model of a typical modern industrial building. Rendered using V-Ray 2.0. No Post-processing used. Please note that only the native version (3ds Max 2010) comes with full material support.
The OBJ version of this model however was set up with simple standard materials so that it will render properly(with textures) in any other 3D software.
Also the grass displacement is only included in the native version.
