The probes consist of two objects with a hose primitive object connecting them. This allows the lead to be stretched or positiioned interactively. The probes are very easy to place, just select the objects and place them in the desired position. The hose object will adjust automatically and create a wire connecting them.

I've included the 7 segment display true type font if you should need it to create a display with different readings, or if you should desire to make animatable geometry instead of just an image mapped display.

The probes have a bump map texture for the grips.

The holes where the probes plug in are done using textures and maps instead of geometry. There are unrenderable circles as guides to show where the probes need to be placed.

All textures are provided as jpg's and as multilayer photoshop images.

The selector knob is constrained to only rotate along the
correct axis.
