Textures are included, among them 'real life' textures of facades, which helps models look highly realistic.
Rendering was done with two different background images, both of them included.
Rendering was done with Vray plugin, and some exposure correction was done in Photoshop.
Some materials are Vray mats, like water and glass, other materials are standard mats.

Water material is animated. Birds are NOT animated.
