A V-22 Osprey, the engines are seperate from the wings which means they can be rotated seperately, and the propellers are also sepearate. Textures are handpainted, but the .xcf (gimp raster layer file) is included alongside the diffuse map, with the UV layout, so the textures can be easily modified. Low enough poly count to be used in a game, coming in at just over 3000 tris. The Accompanying files contain the .obj and .mtl files exported from blender, as well as the .max file imported into and saved from 3dsMax7. It should work with all later versions of Max, all you have to do is apply the texture.
