This is a Tropical over the water cabanna type system like you would see in Tahiti or Bora-Bora.

All the textures and materials are included.
The model itself does not include the water, beach, background, or clutter objects (as you see in the thumbnail images above) although the textures/images/materials for all of those things are included.
