A 'traditional' rural home, the American Four Square is an excellent starter home. With it's imposing two story design and efficient layout, the American Four Square maximizes space and minimizes expense. This particular model can represent two particular scenarios: A 'traditional' farm house which has been renovated and brought to current insulation and energy standards or a new house which has been constructed on the American Four Square plan. This model's interior architecture does not represent the under insulated original, as outer walls are roughly 9 inches wide. This particular model has been designed to represent a brick, block or stone construction, without siding.

Asset Notes:
-Ad-hoc quarter bath added to the lower level. (Can be removed without editing the base layout)
-Basement and terrain pad included.
-Doors are 6ft 6in tall, most are 34' wide.
-Includes version with exterior as a separate object.
-Windows and doors are grouped per floor.
