This is a model of a super skyscraper that stands at over 2,900 feet in height, and is excellent for use in futuristic, science fiction, or fantasy artwork, matte painting, animations, movies, games, and perhaps even for actual architectural construction! Its simple, plausible design makes it work best in post-modern or futuristic artwork. Its hull-heavy design makes it versatile in scenes, especially in altering its scale to fit your scene. It provides some great story location ideas such as its windowed rings, or its extended office/residence strips running up the front and back of the building. It also includes ground-level doors (textures).
Also, 9 Textures made specifically for this collection are included with this model, and you may use these textures yourself in the models you make and distribute for free or for sale! Some of these textures are the Alpha maps to the door and window textures in the building. All window and door textures in this building are preset with Alpha maps, allowing you to turn on Reflections or, in some cases, internal illumination if you so choose.
Make sure you read the included Read Me file before using this model and its textures, but to quickly sum it up, you may use this model in any personal or commercial work, with the only limit being you may not redistribute the model. And with the textures, the only limit is you may not directly distribute any of the textures as stand-alone textures or in texture collections. But beyond that, feel free to use them to create whatever you want!
The included Read Me file also provides helpful instructions on use, as well as the measuring system used to create and accurately measure this building. They weren't made up numbers. :)
