Standing orb lamp of my own design. The lamp comes with the materials shown in the previews, but the are for Vray for Maya only - it should not be too difficult to closely duplicate those mats though, for your chosen renderer.
The original model is in .3dm format Nurbs. All other formats are converted to polys as shown here in the preview renders from Maya.
