This model is of a 12-guage shotgun shell, painstakingly measured and modeled down to the number of ridges around the shell casing. It is modeled to all the proper dimensions in metric scale, easily (and automatically) convertable to whatever scale you may be using in 3D Studio. Little details abound, such as a slight pucker and flare where the plasic wraps around the gathered cap at the end of the shell casing.

This model is perfectly suitable for high definition closeups as well as a basis for normal mapped game objects. Subdivision modeling allows the detail level to easily scale with your detail needs while not bogging down rendering time. Basic materials for the shell housing and semi-reflective brass cap are included.
