Incredible Detail
In our view, there is no “best” way to realistically depict an architectural design in 3D. The heavy masonry veneer is integral to the feel of this design. Because of the veneer’s execution, especially at the corners, we determined that the best effect could be achieved by actually modeling the masonry as apposed to simply texture-mapping planar geometry.This model features interior walls, baseboards, moldings, and track lighting in all three shop spaces. The shop signs are separate objects allowing for trouble free modifications. The halogen fixtures illuminating the façade are finely detailed as are the doors. The parking lot markings are separate objects which create a much more realistic depiction of heavy marking paint and also greatly simplify changes you may wish to make to the textures or render options.
