This is a Model of the Samsung Galaxy S6
I modelled the Phone as detailed as possible with
high poly modelling to decrease the possible amount of reflection artefacts.
I deliver '5' 3D Files and some textures:
1.C4D File with Vray Render Shaders + some Basic
Light Setups, as seen in the Thumbnails.
2. C4D File with legacy Render Shader:
The Legacy shaders are super basic, without reflection and etc.
they are not meant for beauty rendering. Its more a cathegorizing of the individual surfaces.
Fbx files with basic shaders and textures in different FBX versions: 7.3, 7.2 and 6.1
-Modelling Technique = High Poly Modelling ( see wire pics )
-Logos are modelled, except the CE at the Back. This one is a Plane with a Mask
-the Display Texture is a editable PSD File, where you can change the foreground like Text etc without affecting the background.
-The Geo is very good for Closeups
-the Geo is not UV unwrapped, as most parts can be solved
through cubic and planar or procedural mapping much easier
(except CE Sigh at back and the display )
-Camera inner parts are also modelled
-i made the C4D Vray Light setups for the thumbnails. I am not a Lighting Artist, so i bet, you can make much more out of it ;)
If you want to map stripes or other patterns onto the subdivision geometry, do it afterwards the subdiv was applied,
so that you dont get any troubles with distortion.
saves you a headache :)
Use Flat or Cubic.
