3d model rock em rockem - rockem_sockem by radiance media

I modeled this product from all of the reference I could find on the interwebs, including videos, for this cool old toy. This is a Maya file, but I will be happy to convert for you. Simply using the connection editor can connect the controllers to the robot translation, and to connect the buttons to the arm movement would take about 10 minutes in the set driven key window.
Some objects are smoothed using the '3' key, and others are left polygonal. So you will have to use Mental Ray for rendering or create sub D proxies
