Setup:
Everything comes ready to use just open and render. Easy animate the planet. There is also a Geosphere in the scene that has the star_map applied to it.

Other:
Number of Polygons and Vertices can be increased or decreased in the 3ds Max file by changing the number of segments on the Geosphere.
