Everything comes ready to use just open and render. Earth is made of 3 layers, each a different Geosphere: One for ground, clouds, and atmosphere. This makes it easy to remove layers or animate the planet. There is also a Geoshpere in the scene that has the star_map applied to it.

Number of Polygons and Vertices can be increased or decreased in the 3ds Max file by changing the number of segments on the Geoshpere.
