The first is one single model as rendered, the second contains the floors as seperate objects to customize the size of your parking garage go from two floors to a hundred if you want. Each floor contains, elevator, staircase, a car ramp, and even a couple of trash cans! Each floor contains about 7000 polygons so polygon count will vary, depending on the size of desired garage.
