The files don't contain the rendering scene with lighting setup.

Max file format contains model with adjustable turbosmooth levels.
Export files other then MAX contain one subdivided and one raw modelfor later adjustments or smoothing.
Preview images are of the 63074-tris smoothed version which is included in all provided formats.

Rendered previews made with the provided Vray materials with Vray renderer.
