This is a restaurant seating area for any kind of restaurant place. You can have 1, 2, 3, or 4 people to sit here. Nice and smooth leather seats and a nice glass table. It comes in 3 different model formats including the zip file that has 2 models (one with the light and the other without) the max scene (which has all the textures and materials) and the dxf model for autocad. Everything made in 3dsmax.

Please note that only the .max scene model has all the textures and materials. The .3ds model has the transpancy for the glass and the lighting, but not the red material for the seats. Enjoy!
