By purchasing this model, acquiring it, and/or reading this file, you agree to these terms. You will not resale this item or derivative works of it. You may, however, modify the model and distribute a compiled, uneditable form of it with your game or images created with it so long as the editable mesh remains closed to those who purchased it. You may not duplicate and distribute this model to others who have not purchased it. I hold no guarantees for what this model will or will not do. It is sold as is.
Basically, please don't screw me over. I am a literally starving artist who needs money to live. I can greatly use any sales of this I can get, so please don't distribute this freely to those who haven't bought it. It's not that expensive. Make art with it. Make games with it. Just please don't resale it or otherwise redistribute it to where people can have access to using it without me getting some money for food, okay? This goes for modifications you make to the model. Also, a little nod to me in your credits would be wonderful. If not, that's okay too. Have fun with this!
