3d model human skull modeled - skull model - Maya 7 by raptor FX

This model of human skull is modeled in high resolution with emphasis on detail. It possesses topology consisting mainly of quads (more than 99 %) with some triangles used in the areas where using quad would further increase the resolution. Smoothing the model 1x will ensure 100% quad topology if needed for any reason. No five-sided polygons are used.

The model is UV mapped with emphasis on minimal texture distortion.

The mesh is not subdivided/smoothed. It´s the 0 level mesh ready to be smoothed or subdivided. Although it is quite detailed it can be exported to the brush based modeling applications etc for further detailing and/or texturing.

The model is slightly asymmetrical for greater realism.
