This is a fully accurate 3D polygon model of the newest award winning Celle chair from Herman Miller. I modeled this chair directly from the specs on the Herman Miller Design website with perfect quad polygons, low count, matched isoparams from the nurbs conversion, and clean UV's. Built in Maya 2012 format, with shaders, lights, texture maps, OBJ, and FBX formats included. There are 2 total chairs, with the second being smoother high resolution chair with 57k polygons. The mesh back and seat are made with a transparency map. It is very easy to reduce polygons on any of these chairs as the construction is very clean. Also included are a set of construction curves and nurbs surfaces if you want to rebuild anything. The sample images were rendered with Mental Ray, but these are simple shaders that will work fine in Maya using any renderer. All logical parts are grouped and named so you can spin the chair or adjust up and down.
