A goblin character with 4 skin colors, a couple of weapons, armor, different belts, quiver, etc. Most of the weapons also have 2-3 texture versions.
The character is skinned in 3ds max 9, using biped, and 'skin' modifier (not physique).
The character is polygon based ('editable poly'). I used quads almost everywhere, but to reduce poly count, there are a few triangles also. Poly count is 1246, triangle count is 2336.
Eyes are not attached to the main body, so you can rotate them easily.
The character is NOT animated, only skinned. I used their bone system to arrange them to the poses on the pictures. Some props are also skinned (armor and quiver), while others are simply linked to the bones.
The character comes in .max format (3ds max 9), and .fbx format (contains skinning). There is a master file that contains all the objects attached to the goblin, but I also created 4 pre-defined goblins, which were also saved and exported.
The goblin skins are 2048*2048, while most of the props are 512*512 (armors are 1024). Textures are mostly jpg, except the loinclothes, where I had to use PNG because it uses alpha-map.
UV is nonoverlapping, every pixel is only used once on the model, so you can alter the textures to be less symmetric.
