This model designed with games in mind, scaled to realworld dimensione, the version is F-35 A thus acting as F-16 replacement so it is conventional take off and landing, landing gear, canopee, missale compartments doors and flaps are seporate objects and grouped to fuselage, all could be easily animated using local pivot rotation,
All you need is UVWs and textures.
