The handle and shaft of the screwdriver are seperate peices, I've left them uncombined to make it extreamly easy to change the color of the handle to anything you see fit.

The screwdriver handle has a poly count of 66,722, the shaft has a poly count of 3252, and the ground plain it sit's on has a poly count of 200.

The ground plain is a very simple square, that can be changed around extreamly easy, the handle and the shaft can be moved in any direction and set up in any other additional way you see fit.

I've included a couple of render's of the screwdriver, shown in the images above, I've also took a screenshot of the wireframe, the wireframe was placed over the shaded model because there is just too much detail to see the frame without the shading. Both the screenshot's of the wireframes were taken with the other object's hidden in a layer to show which part's of the model are combined.
