The zip file includes 3dsmax 8 file, exported 3ds file, and 2 tga files with maskes one for hair another for eye brows (not perfect).

The .max file has a simple rig for the head for display purposes, and 3 UV map set ups.
UV map ID 1 is simple planer mapping, easy to paint on.
UV map ID 2 has the eye sockets streached out, harder to paint on but less stretching.
UV map ID 3 has almost no stretching, but it's the hardest to paint unless you use baking.
