This is a 1 Euro-coin I created as modelling training. So the elevation of the surface is modelled and not displaced, like it would be the easier way to do it. I also tried to create as much faces as possible as quads, which also isn`t the smartest way to handle a round, flat and detailed bjekt. The Objekt is only one-sided, no backside! For the striation on the side, I then decided to go the easy way and use a displacement map. So if you like it, you can use it or puzzle and optimize meshes. Enjoy.
