Of course, you can download the .blend file and also get blender from blender(dot)org for free, and do anything you need to make it comptatible with your own software. You can apply subdivision surface to the low poly object to get the smooth object quality you see in the renders previews provided.

As with all of my models, I give attention to clean polygon rendering to provide optimal use of the product.
