3d model cross rope suspension - Cross Rope powerline tower by PedroFaut

This type of towers is used in the IV High Tension Line of 500 kv. project, between Piedra del Aguila and Abasto, Argentina. The project is 1292 kilometers long and it is the 3rd largest line of 500 kv in the world.

The model consists in 2 Cross Rope Suspension towers (500 kv) with 12 conductor cables (4 per phase), the guard cable, 8 separators per phase, and 6 insulator bonds (3 per tower).
