Materials are included in 3ds max 9 file.
Maps are included.

Model is not rigged.
Model is not joined (clothes and body).

Geometry of model is high polygonal and easy to edit.
For faster render just delete advanced 'mr' lighting from max scene.

If you are Maya user, just import fbx file in Maya 2009 or newer version.
