Santa's mouth opens and beard moves with mouth for lip sync or mouth animation.
Eyeglasses on the fat little elf are a separate movable sub-object that can be hidden. Noses on both elves are semi-posable.
Turkey character has has movable legs, feet, head, body, and neck. Wings flap, eyeballs rotate, tail feathers are semi-posable, and color scheme can easily be changed.
