Notes:
1. There is no fire in the fireplace because it is too application (even version) specific.
2. Using of Global Illumination is highly recommended. Every 3d software has it - use the best of it.
3. What you see through the window is not included. It is a simple photo of a winter landscape.
4. Because textures are the same for every file format they are archived separately under 'Accompanying product files' and will become available for you after you buy the model. Just extract the geometry archive and texture archive in one folder.
