This highly detailed bottle is a common, generic style. Any color or label could easily be applied. Each piece is a separate object so it could easily be animated to spin the nozzle, unscrew the cap, or pull the handle.
The .max file objects include the turbosmooth modifier for subdivision, which could easily be turned off (as seen in some wireframe previews) for a low poly environment.
This was rendered in Mental Ray, but the simple textures could easily be converted to any renderer.
