the file is originaly made in 3dsmax 2011 with mental ray.

the only map used is for the eye bump, it'll only show in closeups for the eye.

the file is archived so the eye bump map and the background and the wood is available in the zip file.

the images are not photoshoped, they are straight out from 3dsmax.
