The specular map is provided but not assigned to the model. You will have to do it manually if you decide to use it
The textures zip file also contains the 17 original pencils layered textures maps as PSD (Photoshop) files. You can open PSD files with Photoshop of course, but also with Paint Shop Pro, and maybe other softwares ...
Lights settings / effects are not included in the product
