Mi-8 soviet designed and build helicopter for troop transport in battle and on some occasions armed with 3 containers with unguided rockets for close troop support, although its not very effective comparing to dedicated gunship like Mi-24 hind its still a formidable weapon. Mi 8 proven its self as dependable transport during 50 years of services as in soviet army and later in Russian army, it been widely exported all over the world besides Warsaw pact countries and into china, India, Cyprus, Greece and countries of Latin America. It proven as very tough nut to crack during the war in Afghanistan in 76-84 sometimes machines was coming back with over 200 bullet holes but still come back to base. As proven base for transport mi8 was upgraded to a status of mi 17 and it seem that it will be in service with Russian army for years to come. This model made in max 8 with games in mind, it has UVW coordinates mapped out but textures are absent. It is up to you to create the paint scheme.
