Model was created using 3DS Max 9. All materials are included and can be found in the zip file (Product File Downloads - Other). Some plants, cars, and people were created using Archvision RPC and have been kept in the max file, however the RPC'c are not included in the materials as you need to have a license for them. If you have them they should load just fine once your paths are configured. Other cars that are not RPC's are not included. The forest was created using the Forest Pack plug-in which can be downloaded at the Itoo web site. The 3DS and OBJ files were exported from Max 9.
