Mansion/manor/castle/assylum/hospital/library/school/university/palace/museum/hotel etc. This palatial old building. is splitted into 4 'basic parts' (1 'Middle', 2 'end parts', 2 'semi-middle parts' and 6 'wing parts' (3 on each side)), which can be quickly combined in different manner to achieve a variety of looks. See pictures.
Each 'basic part' (middle, semi-middle, wing, end) is in its own layer (3ds max format). To be specific each 'basic part' has 2 layers: one for basic structure and one for 'details' (See pictures).

Provided both unattached (1034 objects) and attached versions (1 object).

Detailed model, enough for close-up renders. Originally modelled in 3ds max 8. Different formats avaiable.
Correctly scaled accurate representation of the original object, no additional work needed.

Objects are in their own layer. Each item has unique name. No part-name confusion when importing.
