Mali Piero is very popular and famous palace in Venice.
This is highly realistic model of it, and note that there is also included low poly version of it.
There are also two simple venetian buildings included, some gondolas and water columns.
Palace itself has cca 43k polycount, and low poly version has 3.5 k polys.
Entire scene has 104k polys.
Textures are included, among them 'real life' textures of facades, which helps models look highly realistic.
Rendering is done with Vray plugin, and few materials are Vray materials, like water and glass, other materials are standard materials.
Gondolas and columns are also included.
Water material is animated.
Sky texture is max`s procedural map, not bitmap.
