The room is an exact replica of my apartment in Venice CA. The surfaces are all cleanly built (no trims or other odd constructions) with basic translatable nurbs and polygon surfaces. All surfaces are textured with a high quality set of 104 photographic and painted texture maps that include bump spec and color. The lighting is set for a little before dusk with sun from the west, and the room can be beautifully raycast in minutes, or raytraced for better light effects. The zip file is a maya project with scene, sourceimages, and images directories.
