High quality 3D model ready to use for Vray renders but compatible with other renders thanks to Max Architetural Shaders. Multimaterial provided with two different color combination.
The numbers of polygon is referred to high level of subdivision surface. As i explain below you can change this.

For max users:
You can choose in the stack the level of detal changing the value of Turbosmooth as your needs.

For other software:
I've uploaded two OBJ file with different resolution. If your software support subdivisions you can use the low poly version and subdivide the polygons as you need.

Note if you see your rendering black
When you open the file, select the window and change a little bit the depth. This action allow the window to make a hole in the wall, so the light can penetrate inside. A little Max bug.
